Currently all counselling is online.

If we do get to meet in person, my counselling room is in Hughenden Valley (HP16). You'll find it a calm space in quiet surroundings. It is within easy distance of High Wycombe, Stokenchurch, Princes Risborough & Aylesbury.

There is parking directly outside the room. Please note, there are steps to access the toilet.

WHEN?
I have a flexible approach to working, as everyone needs something different. I work both short-term and long term​, giving you a dedicated weekly space that can be for a set number of sessions or open-ended (so you choose when to end the work). If you would like to try some one-off sessions at the moment, to help talk through difficulties, you don't have to commit to any longer-term counselling.

Sessions are available Monday -Friday daytimes and Monday and Wednesday evenings.
HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS & WHAT DO THEY COST?
Initial session/consultation - £25
Counselling - £60 per session

I have concession rates for counselling students.
Sessions are 50 minutes each

Call or email to arrange a first session at £25 fee; perhaps this will be a bold step into getting started or maybe it's a chance to dip your toe in and get a feel for how counselling can help you.
