WHERE? WHEN? HOW MUCH?
and other important questions you may have...
Currently all counselling is online. I usually use the Zoom meeting app but we can talk about what options suit you best.
If we do get to meet in person, my counselling room is in Hughenden Valley (HP16). You'll find it a calm space in quiet surroundings. It is within easy distance of High Wycombe, Stokenchurch, Princes Risborough & Aylesbury.
There is parking directly outside the room. Please note, there are steps to access the toilet.
I have a flexible approach to working, as everyone needs something different. I work both short-term and long term, giving you a dedicated weekly space that can be for a set number of sessions or open-ended (so you choose when to end the work). If you would like to try some one-off sessions at the moment, to help talk through difficulties, you don't have to commit to any longer-term counselling.
Sessions are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday daytimes and evenings.
HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS & WHAT DO THEY COST?
Each counselling session is 50 minutes and costs £50.
It is important that cost isn’t a barrier to accessing counselling so I do provide counselling at lower rates for those on low incomes, receiving benefits, students and others who will find paying full fees difficult at this time. Please just ask me about this.
HOW DO WE START?
Usually you'd come along and meet me first for an initial session but instead this will be an online session or phonecall. There is no cost for this 25 minute session, it's to help you find out a little more about me and for me to understand what you would like from counselling.
Email or call me to make an appointment, or if you'd like to know a little more.
